  5. We prohibit the use of our Services for unlawful purposes, including using another person's image without authorization or generating prohibited content.

We will make our best effort to adjust the AI model’s settings. However, you may still encounter content you find unsuitable. We do not use facial data, uploaded materials, or generated content to train or improve any public or shared AI models. Cloud-Based Processing: To provide AI-powered image and video generation features, uploaded photos, videos, prompts, or related content may be temporarily transmitted to secure cloud servers for processing.
